Transform Waste Into Profit!
Advanced Pyrolysis Technology for Sustainable Operations
The Burton EcoWorks Thermal Decomposition Reactor converts organic waste into five simultaneous revenue streams — and powers itself in the process -
Biomass in: Biochar, diesel fuel, electricity, and carbon credits out.
The syngas produced by the pyrolysis process is captured and recirculated to fuel the reactor, creating a closed-loop system that requires no external fuel input after startup.

Convert biomass and waste tires into valuable resources
1 - How Does The Machine Work?
- The technology we use is described in the scientific document enclosed, we use multi stage distillation to remove materials and carbon from the pyrolysis oil.
Then we run it through the ION exchange listed in the enclosed document (Diesel fuel from pyrolysis oil) after that, we run it though a different catalyst to remove color.
Depending on the type of feedstock we may need to add additional equipment.

2 - How many gallons of diesel fuel does a 3-ton machine produce during a 24-hour operating cycle?
- About 400 +/- gallons per day of #2 Diesel, again depending of feedstock, this is for tires.
3 -If the machine does not perform as proposed, is there any type of money-back guarantee or performance guarantee?
- Yes, If the customer is running and maintaining the equipment to operating standards, there is a money back guarantee on the equipment cost only.
Key Return Conditions:
- Time Window: Typically 30 days maximum.
Condition:
- Customer is running and maintaining the equipment to Burton Eco Works operating standards, we will give a money back guarantee on the equipment cost only,
(Not to include shipping, trainging and non-pyrolysis machine cost).
Fees:
- A 20% restocking fee is standard, and you must pay for heavy freight return shipping.
